Cancellation Policy & Transfers

Please read our Cancellation Policy below:

Because this training is so small and personalized, we do appreciate when participants can plan in advance and refrain from cancelling or transferring at the last minute. The closer to the training date, the more difficult it is to fill your spot. Therefore, if you register we strongly recommend that you block the dates on your calendar and prepare in advance to make the most of your time at the retreat.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 45-days or more before the first day of the retreat, then you will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. If you cancel your registration 44-days or less before the first day of the retreat, then you will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee. A no show to the retreat forfeits the full-amount paid.

Transfer Policy: We do know that emergencies and unexpected events do happen. We also know that filling your spot at the last minute can be challenging and sometimes impossible. Therefore, we are happy to transfer your fee to any of our In-Person or Virtual EMDR Intensive Retreats with a $50 admin/transfer fee.
