Lindsay Rojas Bilingual EMDR Therapist in Denver

Lindsay Rojas

EMDRIA-APPROVED CONSULTANT

Lindsay Rojas is a Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDR Consultant-in-Training, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York City, Metropolitan Area. As a Bilingual EMDR Therapist in New York, Lindsay brings a culturally responsive, warmly human approach to her work with adults, adolescents, and first responders navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, eating disorders, and the lasting effects of complex relational wounds. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish and is licensed in Colorado, Florida, and New York.

Lindsay holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Master of Science from Bergen University, and has clinical experience spanning community mental health, private practice, schools, residential programs, and correctional settings. Her EMDR training includes the Recent Traumatic Events Protocol (RTEP), Group and Recent Events Protocol (GAP), Progressive Counting with EMDR Intensives (PRECI), and ASSYST — equipping her to support clients across a wide range of trauma presentations, including recent and acute events.

Her clinical approach is integrative, attachment-focused, and IFS-informed, weaving together EMDR, CBT, DBT, and animal-assisted therapy into a tailored, client-centered experience. Lindsay specializes in narcissistic abuse recovery and adult children of narcissists, religious trauma, imposter syndrome, perinatal and postpartum concerns, dissociation, chronic pain, and working with first-generation Americans and children of immigrants — populations she serves with deep cultural humility and genuine care.

Lindsay has also served as Chair of the Credentialing Committee at The Therapist Group in Denver, where she supervised graduate-level clinicians and helped expand access to affordable mental health care across Colorado.

As a bilingual EMDR Therapist, Lindsay is known for being patient, nonjudgmental, and gifted at breaking complex concepts down into something manageable — supporting consultees through the initial overwhelm of learning EMDR with both whimsy and wisdom.
