Michael is a Certified Online Business Manager who specializes in optimizing systems and scaling digital businesses. Based in Presque Isle, Maine, Michael began his online career in 2008 after many years managing traditional brick-and-mortar operations. His early work building websites quickly evolved into a deep expertise in every aspect of online business—including SEO, email marketing, and digital launch strategy.

Michael is known for his ability to analyze and streamline complex processes, blending his technical knowledge with practical management experience to create efficient, scalable systems. Whether improving internal operations or overseeing full-scale virtual teams, he approaches each challenge with an eye for structure, clarity, and measurable results.

Michael graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. He holds certifications from the International Association of Online Business Managers, and from Digital Marketer, a global leader in online marketing education. When he’s not helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses, Michael enjoys life in Maine with his wife Wendy and their three cats—Ziva, Topaz, and Trixie.
