BILLING & SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

Tara Behm began her journey with Scaling Up behind the scenes, supporting workflow automations. Her role has since expanded to include accounts receivable responsibilities, giving her opportunities for direct interaction with customers.

For more than two decades, Tara has worked as a freelancer supporting small businesses through workflow and marketing automations, growth planning, online course platform development, and occasional bookkeeping. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys reading, sewing, hydroponic gardening, and snuggling with her three dogs, Nova, Tucker, and Ranger. She is married, has two daughters, and spends many hours at softball fields cheering on her youngest. She resides in Colorado full time.
