We have engaged in many clinic wide trainings over the past 30 years and this was across the board and by far one of the highest quality and most useful trainings we have had. Scaling Up was professional, timely, well-informed and able to address issues that arose in real time to make sure that everyone involved was comfortable. As a non-profit organization, we never would have been able to afford this critical training without Scaling Up and are so grateful for their commitment to lower resourced populations.
