Nicolle Mainthow

Nicolle Mainthow is the EMDR Mexico Research Department Clinical Director, Humanitarian Emergency ASSYST Response Training (ASSYST-HEART) Trainer of Trainers, a founding member of the EMDR Therapy Think Tank, published researcher, and a contributing author to Group EMDR Therapy: Emerging Principals and Protocols to Treat Trauma and Beyond.
She is a bilingual seasoned specialized mental health fieldworker currently providing individual and group ASSYST Treatment Interventions and EMDR therapy for prolonged adverse experiences to immigrants, refugees, and low-income families in Mexico City, Mexico. She has worked with immigrant, refugee, and low-income families in shelters and clinics in Mexico and the US, survivors of massacres in a community in El Salvador (Central America), and indigenous families in rural Australia, and has co-presented and contributed to presentations for various international conferences.
Nicolle is an EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), and EMDR Mexico Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant and has an entirely online private practice.
