DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & PROGRAM EXCELLENCE

Robyn Mourning, MS, NLC, CPT is a trained Marriage, Family & Child Therapist, trauma recovery specialist and EMDR clinician. She retired from her clinical practice so she can dive into other roles within the mental health space.

As the Director of Marketing and Program Excellence at Scaling Up, she leads the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to expand our reach within the mental health community. She oversees the promotion and continuous improvement of our training programs and educational offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards for quality and impact. She works to maintain program(s) alignment with Scaling Up’s mission and values. Her role bridges program development, brand storytelling, and audience engagement—helping Scaling Up empower trauma-informed therapists through accessible, high-quality training and community support.

Outside of work, Robyn is a creative, fitness enthusiast, and devoted mountain adventurer. She is also an anti-oppression strategist and organizer. Robyn resides in northern Colorado with her daughter and fur babies.
