PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Robyn Mourning, MS, RP is a social entrepreneur and a trained Marriage, Family & Child Therapist, trauma recovery specialist and EMDR clinician. Robyn devotes much of her healership to the healing of sexual trauma, interpersonal violence and the trauma caused by systemic racism and oppression. Robyn is also an anti-oppression business strategist, consultant, activist and trainer through her businesses: Ominira Labs and Joy + Justice Collaborative.

In her work at Scaling Up, Robyn provides assistance with customer success, social media campaigns and other administrative endeavors. Robyn and partners with the Scaling Up team to incorporate anti-oppression practices, policies and company culture initiatives.

Outside of work, Robyn is an artist, writer and devoted mountain adventurer. Robyn resides in northern Colorado with her daughter and fur babies.
