- Continuing Education (CE) credits – National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) clock hours are approved for this workshop (16 NBCC clock hours for in-person and 7 NBCC clock hours for virtual)
What’s the main difference between the in-person and virtual workshops?
- In-Person Workshop – if you attend live, you will have time for implementation; meaning, we will craft your emails, set up your marketing content and videos, change the verbiage on your website and more!
- Virtual Workshop – It consists of conceptualizing your needs and creating a strategy for your business. There is NOT time for implementation. At the in-person retreat, people will be writing emails, making marketing copy and videos, etc. and immediately implementing their learning. The virtual retreat will not have time for that piece; rather, we will be focused on creating your unique plan for you to implement outside of our time together.
What are the registration fees?
- In-Person, 2.5 Day Workshop: $1,900 per person (maximum of 15 people)
- Live, Virtual 1 Day Workshop: $997 per person (maximum of 8 people)

IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
Because this training is so small and personalized, we do appreciate when participants can plan in advance and refrain from canceling or transferring at the last minute. The closer to the training date, the more difficult it is to fill your spot. Therefore, if you register we strongly recommend that you block the dates on your calendar and prepare in advance to make the most of your time at the retreat.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 45-days or more before the first day of the workshop, then you will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. If you cancel your registration 44-days or less before the first day of the workshop, then the $600 deposit is forfeited. Any additional amount paid will be refunded. A no show to the workshop forfeits the full-amount paid.
Transfer Policy: We do know that emergencies and unexpected events do happen. We also know that filling your spot at the last minute can be challenging and sometimes impossible. Therefore, we will allow people to transfer their payment to another EMDR Intensives Workshop (with first priority) within the following guidelines:
- Transfer to a different cohort 45-days or more before the first day of the workshop costs $150 administrative fee
- Transfer to a different cohort 45-days to 30-days before the first day of the workshop costs $250 administrative fee
- Transfer to a different cohort 30-days or to 15-days before the first day of the workshop costs $450 administrative fee
- Transfer to a different cohort 15-days or less before the first day of the workshop costs $600 administrative fee
LIVE, ONLINE WORKSHOP

Sadie Smith, LMFT
EMDRIA Approved Consultant & Trainer
Sadie is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who lives and practices in Denver, CO. She has worked for county mental health agencies as well as running her own private practice. She has specialized training in utilizing EMDR to treat pre-verbal trauma, structural dissociation and applying EMDR principles to treating very young children. Sadie has recently focused her work on providing EMDR Intensives to adults, treating recent / single incidents, ongoing traumatic stress as well as comprehensive “story clearing,” Intensives. Sadie also works internationally in providing group and individual EMDR in various different contexts. As a Certified EMDR clinician, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and a volunteer Trauma Recovery HAP basic training facilitator and trainer, Sadie enjoys providing quality EMDR treatment to her clients, as well as providing EMDR trainings and consultation to other clinicians in the US and abroad.
Kelly Smyth-Dent, LCSW
EMDRIA Approved Consultant & Trainer
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the CEO of Scaling Up. She has conducted trainings on the EMDR-PRECI, EMDR-IGTP and the ASSYST in France, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, India and throughout the United States. She is a published researcher and a member of Dr. Jarero’s research team in Mexico. In her role as a humanitarian worker, she has partnered with organizations, such as Action Against Hunger, Fortify Rights, and Innovative Humanitarian Solutions, to provide EMDR therapy and advanced trainings to their staff and clients. Kelly was a member of the team that provided rapid response interventions within days after the August 3, 2019 domestic terrorist attack in El Paso, Texas. Her specialty area is populations living with ongoing traumatic stress. When Kelly is not traveling, she sees clients in her private practice in Reno, Nevada.
